Refunds
Atomic Credit Repair wants you to succeed with your new purchase. We do not give refunds on our credit repair service. However, if we do not manage to update any inaccurate, obsolete, erroneous, incomplete and unverifiable information on your credit reports, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 Days. All you must do is provide us with a copy of your results. From there, refunds will be issued between 5-7 business days upon your request. A valid credit card or checking account is required for paying accounts.
The monthly charge of ($89.99/mo.) is billed monthly for services previously rendered and performed and is non-refundable after purchase. The setup fee of $99.00 is non-refundable, hence this is a one-time charge to audit your credit report. After the initial setup fee of $99.00 is paid, you will be billed $89.99 within 30 days until canceled.
All credit services are charged month to month, you may cancel anytime. One final monthly payment is due upon cancellation.
There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
- All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, excluding only United States (federal or state) taxes.
